WHO WE ARE

Welcome to Action For Justice Collective

We are a collective committed to improving outcomes for at-risk youth by providing programming and supportive services. Our focus is on implementing life and social skills development, psychoeducational counseling, restorative justice programming, community engagement, career exploration, STEAM, and other relevant services to help youth who are identified as at risk.

Our Programs

Its' our mission to help individuals and at risk youth reduce their poverty by providing them with the necessary tools to help their success.

Real Talk with The Collective

Real Talk with the Collective is a mentoring program based in schools that aims to improve student outcomes through mentorship and by fostering communication and positive reinforcement to bridge the gap across generations

Lisa Teagle Brown Foundation {LTB}

The Lisa Teagle Brown Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing resources to young ladies from the ages of 12-21 years old in underserved communities.

Philadelphia Gaming Initiative {PGI}

The Philadelphia Game Initiative is a collaboration between the Institute of African American Youth (IDAAY) and Action for Justice Collective (AFJ COLLECTIVE) that aims to use competitive gaming/esports to improve life skills and gaming outcomes for at-risk youth affected by gun violence.

Core Values

We are confident that with our collective efforts, we can make a significant impact on the lives of at-risk youth and help them achieve success
